Ingredients:
- 1/2 L yogurt
- 1 cucumber
- 1 onion
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 boiled egg
- 1 cooked beetroot
- Greens
- Black pepper
- Salt
Instructions:
- Grate the cucumber, egg, beetroot, onion, and garlic or shred in a blender.
- Add the yogurt, the chopped greens, and the salt & pepper.
- Serve with dry bread or Armenian lavash.
