About Me

I was born and raised in Yerevan, Armenia – where my life’s journey began. I grew up always surrounded by artists of all sorts and I was raised in the building that is the Union of Composers and Musicologists of Armenia. Opera vocals and musical instruments such as the organ could always be heard from my balcony, while watching the sunset with the spectacular view of Mount Ararat. So I became a songwriter-singer, and recorded my first song titled “Sober,” which was produced and recorded both in Armenia and Canada. Canada has now been my home for over two decades. Here in Canada, after graduating from high school, I pursued a career and a higher education in modern languages, linguistics, political science, translation, and teaching. Travelling is one of my greatest passions…
