Ingredients:
- 1 kg small onions (to be added to the soup wholly)
- 300 grams of beef
- 1 cup of canned chickpeas
- 2 tbsp tomato & pepper paste mix
- 2 tbsp of butter
- Greens, salt & pepper to taste
Directions:
- Thinly slice the meat and cook on the stove.
- Add the paste mix, the rinsed chickpeas, and the seasoning.
- Cook until the chickpeas and the beef are ready.
- Add the onions and cook some more.
- Remove the soup from the stove
- Add the greens for garnishing
- Serve hot and enjoy.
