Vana Jajik

Preparation time: 10 minutes
Serves 3 people

Ingredients:

    • 1/2 L yogurt
    • 1 cucumber
    • 1 onion
    • 1 garlic clove
    • 1 boiled egg
    • 1 cooked beetroot
    • Greens
    • Black pepper
    • Salt

Instructions:

    1. Grate the cucumber, egg, beetroot, onion, and garlic or shred in a blender.
    2. Add the yogurt, the chopped greens, and the salt & pepper.
    3. Serve with dry bread or Armenian lavash.
