Russian Salad Stolichny

Russian salad aka Olivier aka Stolichny. An Armenian favourite on special occasions especially. Invented by a French chef for the Russian empire.

Ingredients:

Pickles
Eggs
Carrots
Potatoes
Green peas
Onion

Instructions:

Boil everything but the onion and the pickles then dice. The sauce is mayonnaise with sour cream. Salt and pepper to taste.
