Ingredients and Directions
- Cut the pieces to your liking
- Add a handful of salt, dry thyme, red basil, black pepper, and Armenian red pepper
- Add one large chopped red onion
- Mix everything very well with gloves on
- Place in a closed container and refrigerate up to 24 hours
- Place on hot grill, away from direct fire, and grill while turning once in a while for 15 minutes or until fully cooked evenly.
- Place in a container wrapped and covered with Armenian Lavash bread
- You can garnish with greens such as parsley, cilantro, green onions, and fresh basil
- Serve hot and enjoy
