Artsakh Salad


⁃ 1 pomegranate
⁃ 1 red onion
⁃ Armenian red pepper
⁃ Salt
⁃ Sumac


• Cut and clean the pomegranate. Place the seeds in a salad bowl.
• Cut the red onion and mix with the pomegranate seeds.
• Sprinkle the salt, Armenian red pepper, and the sumac on top.
• Mix everything well and serve.
